You may have taken part. If you did, thank you again. Our general level of service was marked 8,1 out of 10 and we are proud of that!
Our relations have experienced an improved service level and they appreciate the knowledge and advice of our colleagues at the Internal and External Sales Department.
Possible points for improvement are mentioned as well, eg. regarding our logistic services and supply of information. We will do our outmost to improve these points too in 2015!
