The traceability of your order

From now on Wecovi customers have the opportunity to follow their orders. You will exactly know what day and daypart your package will be delivered. This applies to all shipments carried by GLS, Westerman and Dachser, excluding customers having a targofix delivery. These orders will be delivered no later than 5 days after shipment.

After your package is dictated by the carrier, you will receive an email with information about the delivery. Both GLS and Westerman have current and complete status information of your package. If you do not receive a track and trace mail and you would like to receive one, please contact our Sales Department. You can also link this to a specific email address.

With this new service, Wecovi improves the delivery information towards its clients. If you have questions about your shipment or tracking and tracing, please do not hesitate to contact Sales Department.
